Willa Spacja is, in fact, 3 buildings in a fenced area with a yard in a classic Masurian style: residential,
SPA and a barn also constituting the technical and storage facilities of the farm.
The whole area covers 7 hectares of meadows with a very large, stocked pond. There is a beach and a pier by the pond.
VILLA
LOUNGE
The lounge is a part with one open room, in which also a dining room and a kitchenette is located. Media devices are located nearby the sofas in the corner equipped with: LCD TV 60 in. with the comfortable offer of NC+ satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and all of this is plugged into the home cinema set.
KITCHENETTE
The kitchen and dining room are comfortably furnished places where you can prepare and serve every meal. Fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee-maker, toaster, induction cooktop and dishwasher are located there. The whole room is air-vented and air-conditioned. A table in dining room can serve for even 10 people after spreading. You can go to the sunny southern 30 sq.yd. terrace from the kitchen and the lounge, with complete set of lounge furniture.
BATHROOM
Bathroom on the ground floor serves for two bedrooms. It has the area of 21,5 sq.yd. and it is equipped with two stone wash-basins, double, symmetrical bath tub and shower cubicle 47/35 in. In a closed small room inside the bathroom an automatic washer is located. Every room on the first floor is equipped with own bathroom with a toilet.
ROOMS
Four bedrooms are located in the house. Two on the first floor with one big bed and sofa, chest of drawers, table with mirror. Two bedrooms on the first floor have also a single bed and furnishing standard similar to the ground floor, despite the double bed. A cabinet with a night-light is located next to every bed.
SPA
Willa SPAcja also offers relaxation in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and mini fitness:
- Pool with dimensions of 5.5 × 3.5 and a depth of 140 cm.
- Jacuzzi with 20 massage jets with adjustable intensity of water jets provides comfortable rest for 5 people.
- Sauna: a temperature-regulated 2-person cabin gives unique effects of therapeutic relaxation.
- In the attic of the building there is a gym with the most popular devices.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool with dimensions of 18×11,5 ft. and 55 in. of depth is a perfect place for relax in water. We installed the water therapy elements, such as massagers of various type. The crystal water with temperature of 80oF provides the feeling of comfort and its cleanness is regulated with the most modern pool technology devices. After the relax in the pool you can rest on deck-chairs in the pool hall, where ambient temperature is also 2 degrees higher from water temperature. You can also move to the Jacuzzi.
JACUZZI
An exclusive tub with 20 massage jets and the regulated strength of water jet provides comfortable relaxation for simultaneously 5 people. Lying and sitting positions, beautiful underwater lighting and a view through the spacious window on the garden will relax you in the excellent way. Water has standard temperature of 98oF
INFRARED SAUNA
This is generally a cabin for two people with regulated temperature, providing the unique effect of therapeutic relax. It is completely safe for people with the vascular system diseases (in comparison to Finnish or Turkish sauna).
Please use the SPA after taking a shower beforehand. Then the comfort of always clean water is provided.
MINI FITNESS
Gym is located on the building’s attic. We located there the most popular devices for such type rooms. We are sure that you can operate them without trouble, with the aid of manuals located nearby devices. Please do not use the excessive weights. There are many attractions for which your strength is advised and you are welcomed, so please do not overwork in the gym.
THE GARDEN AND AREA
The windows offer a view of the forest and meadows, where deer and elks are often hosted, and the internal garden rich in multicolored vegetation.
There is a pond in a short distance from the villa. We have arranged a pier over it, from which fishing will be comfortable and pleasant.
In the evening, we invite you to barbecue and for children who come here, the villa offers a mini playground.
BIKE TRIPS
We have seven bicycles in various dimensions in the SPAcja (we do not have children bicycles, because we believe that such devices are individual – particularly for children). The nearby area invites you for sightseeing in exactly this way. We believe that you can easily plan destination places on your own. We recommend for trips:
Białe Lake – a lovely lake in the forest, 0.9 miles away from SPAcja. A natural beach with crystal water is located there.
Wydminy – big cottage with gastronomy and shops. It is about 3.1 miles away on the asphalt route.
Stare Juchy – touristic cottage about 6.2 miles away. A nice lake with beautiful area nearby.
TABLE TENNIS
Table tennis is located in the barn. It is the only place where we can provide the spacious and level floor sheltered from wind. The necessary equipment is available at place.
BADMINTON
The badminton set is made available by us and it is transportable. You can place it in every location with small effort. We wish you a good play.
CHILDREN PLAYGROUND
Big and sandy clearing and grass surrounds this place, where children may try own hands in various plays on several devices. A slide, a swing and a climbing wall are located there. A trampoline is located on the grass – it is the place especially beloved by children. A football goal and a ball will support the beginnings in the football plays; it can be obtained from the sports cabined nearby the barn.
FISHING
A pond is located at small distance from the house and SPA. You go through the gate or the wicket on the side opposite to main gate. We made the pier on the pond, from which a fishing will be comfortable (you can place a chair there), under control (the pier can accommodate the accompanying people with success – even in laying position) and comfortably (the pier has 23 ft., what makes the feeling of staying nearly on the centre of the pond. The following fishes swim in the pond: roaches, grass carps, perches, tenches, carassius, as well as carps with great dimensions). If you decide for keeping a prey and trying the barbeque stuff on it, please inform us about the type and quantity of taken fishes. We will replenish them in every year, over the brooding in the pond.
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIS
In the winter season we take care for a route for this type of sports. You should take the whole equipment with you. We count on the return of snowy winters, that could provide you many unremarkable memories.
DOWNHILL SKIS
About 10 miles away (towards Talki), in the OKRĄGŁE cottage, a decent base for this type of sports is located. The snowed slope is opened, whenever the external temperature enables the production of snow or when the nature will make snow for us. Also a small clearing for ski lessons with the instructor is located there. You can make the in-house rest, where the restaurant is located with all types of beverages and meals. As for now, we do not cooperate with the owner of this object, but its commercial character enables its use for every willing person.
DARTS
Darts are located on the barn’s wall. You can find the statute and rules for this game in the manual, on the shelf with manuals in the lounge.
CAMP FIRE
The place designated by us for making a fire is located nearby Small House – the future smokehouse. We collected plenty of timber, and when you require more, please use the fireplace timber located in the excess in the barn. Sausage sticks are also located in the barn, just next to the Sports Cabinet.
GRILL
Currently, feasting is hardly imaginable without a barbeque. We have two barbeque devices. The external one can be easily located on the yard under a nut tree, whereas in case of a rain you can use a barbeque located in the porch. Both barbeques are fuelled with charcoal that should be obtained from somewhere. We recommend shops in Wydminy or a stock collected by Mrs. ELA.
